Last january 16th, 2009, the winners of the “ARCHI-BAU Awards 2009” have been announced in Munich (Germany). As for the Interior Design category the first prize has been awarded to Pierluigi Piu and his project for the Olivomare restaurant, located in London, U.K. “…the jury members were seduced by the visual and tactile impression, the simplicity and serenity shown in this project, the stylization of marine elements, the choice of patterns and materials, the light effects and walls treatment….”
