Telarzos and Suber, two projects by Pierluigi Piu, are part of a selection of 35 among the 250 products created by some internationally renown designers (as like Setsu & Shinobu Ito, Giulio Iacchetti, Annalisa Cocco, James Irvine, Palomba & Serafini, Ugo La Pietra, Tomoko Mizu, Marta Laudani & Marco Romanelli, Roberta Morittu, Paolo Ulian, Nanda Vigo and Salvatore+Marie) and made by skilled Sardinian craftsmen for the exhibition DOMO – 19th Biennial of Sardinian Arts & Crafts, which will be reproposed at the event which taking place, fuorisalone, at Cascina Cuccagna (a 17th century farm still existing in Milano’s downtown, in the Porta Romana district), within the frame of the 50th Milano’s International Furniture Fair. The whole project DOMO has been selected and listed in the ADI’s Design Index 2010 and is among the three finalist competitors for this year’s edition of the prestigious award Compasso d’Oro.
